No guarantee of results

We help you respond faster and stay organized, but we don't guarantee any specific outcome — number of jobs booked, revenue earned, or response rates. Results depend on you, your market, and your customers.

Account suspension

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or put other users at risk. Where reasonable, we'll let you know first.

Service provided "as is"

Contractor Pilot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep things reliable, but we can't promise the service will be perfect or uninterrupted.

Changes

We may update these terms over time. We'll post the new "Last updated" date at the top when we do.
